Kaizers Orchestra endlich mal beim Taubertal – juchhe! OK, Open Flair wäre natürlich noch besser gewesen, aber man nimmt, was man kriegt. Und wenn dann gleich Kaizers und DÄ beim selben Festival spielen, ist das natürlich super.
Kaizers hatten den “absoluten Headliner”-Platz, wenn man so will – nach den Fantastischen Vier als Headliner auf der Hauptbühne spielten Kaizers auf der kleinen Bühne. Da ich (natürlich total aus Versehen *hüstel*) ganz vorne landete, hatte ich leider nicht so den Überblick über das Gelände – aber es schien ganz gut gefüllt, und vor allem war die Stimmung auch echt gut. Der Jackal konstatierte schon nach wenigen Liedern, dass sich die 24 Stunden im Bus echt gelohnt hätten! Und so wäre das Tourleben nun mal… 23 Stunden im Bus und dann 1 Stunde auf der Bühne…
Omen kam diesmal schon während des Intros auf die Bühne – mit einer brennenden Laterne in der Hand. Die blieb dann auch während des ganzen Konzertes an. Bei seiner Vorstellung hob Omen diesmal nicht die Faust in die Luft, sondern die Laterne. Und bei Delikatessen machte er einen kurzen Ausflug über die Bühne und leuchtete in alle Ecken. *lol*
Hier erst mal die Setlist: Ompa til du dør, Bøn fra helvete, Hevnervals, 9mm, Veterans klage, Blitzregn Baby, Mann mot mann, Kontroll på kontinentet, KGB, Delikatessen, Sigøynerblod, Bak et halleluja, Resistansen. Eigentlich hätte auch noch Maestro kommen sollen – aber die Spielzeit von Kaizers endete um 1:30, und sie machten den großen Fehler, um 1:29 von der Bühne zu gehen… Die Zugabenrufe waren laut, aber ich schätze, sie durften einfach nicht mehr kommen. Hätten sie Maestro doch gleich hintendran gehängt… *seufz*
Aber auch so war das Konzert klasse – keine großen “Ereignisse”, aber ein bestens aufgelegtes Orchester! Der Jackal zog Hellraizer immer wieder in die Bühnenmitte, wo der dann mit ihm zusammen singen musste. Bei Bak et halleluja vermasselte der Jackal zwar seinen Text und fing mit der zweiten Strophe an – dafür bekamen wir aber auch gleich zweimal den “du kan bli prest”-Teil. Zuerst leicht überrascht und verwirrt, beim zweiten Mal dann in bester Opern-Sänger-Mickey-Mouse-Manier. *rofl*
Sonst gibt’s noch zu berichten, dass Hellraizers Gitarre ihn bei der Vorstellung voll im Griff hatte und auch das “Stand still!!!” vom Jackal da nicht wirklich was dran ändern konnte. Auf dem Weg zum Festival hatten Kaizers offenbar ein prägendes Erlebnis, bei dem ein Fan ihnen durch’s Fenster ins Auto hüpfte (ach ja, wir waren schließlich wieder in der Nähe von Nürnberg *gg*) und proklamierte “We like to party with you!!!” Also machten sie Party mit uns. =;-)
Ach ja, und wenn das Mikro auf dem Bühnenboden liegt, wenn man singen will, dann muss man sich natürlich auf den Bühnenboden schmeißen, ist doch logisch. Nur falls sich jemand wundert, warum der Jackal auf Fotos auf dem Boden liegt, kniet oder sich räkelt. *rofl*
Insgesamt also ein sehr tolles Konzert und sicher viele neugewonnene Fans! =:-)
Kaizers Orchestra playing at Taubertal festival – yippieh! OK, Open Flair would have been even better, but you take what you get, and who would complain about a festival where both Kaizers and Die Ärzte are playing? Right.
Kaizers had the “real headliner” spot, more or less. After Die Fantastischen Vier played as headliner on the main stage, Kaizers were playing on the small stage. As I ended up in the very front (by accident, of course! *cough*), I didn’t really have an overview of the area, but it seemed pretty crowded, and the atmosphere was great. The Jackal stated after a few songs already that this really was worth the 24 hours on the bus! And that’s how the tour life is… 23 hours on the bus and then 1 hour on stage…
Omen came on during the intro already this time – carrying a lighted latern. The latern stayed on throughout the concert. Under his introduction, Omen didn’t only lift his fist in the air, but he was holding the latern. And during Delikatessen he started out to explore the stage and lighting all the corners. *lol*

In the end, they had planned to play Maestro, of course – but they were allowed to play until 1:30 and went off stage at 1:29… people shouted for more, but I assume that they just were not allowed to play another song. They should have played Maestro right after Resistansen… *sigh*
But the show was great even without the final song – there wasn’t really much “happening”, but the orchestra was at its best mood! The Jackal pulled Hellraizer into the center of the stage all the time and “forced” him to sing with him. During Bak et halleluja, the Jackal screwed up a bit and sang only the second verse, but twice. But okay, so we got the “du kan bli prest” part twice as well. The first time was rather surprised and confused, but to make up for it, they presented it in best opera-singer-mickey-mouse-style the second time. *rofl*
Apart from that, I can report that Hellraizer’s guitar ruled him under his introduction, and the Jackal’s “Stand still!!!” couldn’t really do anything about it. During the way to the festival, the band obviously had an experience with a fan jumping into their car through a window (oh right, we were in the vicinity of Nürnberg again *gg*), telling them that “we like to party with you!!!” So they partied with us. =;-)
Oh right, and when the microphone is down on the floor of the stage and you want to sing, of course you must throw yourself down on the floor, that’s logical. Just in case someone wonders why the Jackal is down on the floor in some pictures. *rofl*
So, all in all, a great concert and lots of new fans for sure! =:-)
